All tours start with a 20 Minute Flight over the Falls and finish with a landing at Chateau Des Charmes Winery where you and your party will be greeted in style and have the optiotn to partake in a wine tasting, tour or an exquisite meal.

Then Arrive in style by helicopter after an extraordinary 20 minute romantic Niagara Heli-Tour at Chateau Des Charmes Winery for an optional educational wine tasting tour and stay for an optional exquisite lunch or dinner. Meals are not included in the price.

IMPORTANT: The tour concludes at the winery. There is no return flight offered from the winery back to the airport.  It is the guests responsibility for return transportation. Most guests use taxi serivice that can be arranged at the winery. It is an approximate 10 minute taxi ride from the winery back to the airport. Fees range from about $30.00 - $35.00

• Niagara District Airport - National Helicopters 468 Niagara Stone Road Niagara on the Lake, Ontario Canada.

Entry into Canada by Non-Canadians:

When you enter Canada, a CBSA officer may ask to see your passport and a valid visa, if necessary. If you are a citizen of the United States, you do not need a passport to enter Canada. However, you should carry proof of your citizenship, such as a birth certificate, a Certificate of Citizenship or Naturalization and photo identification. If you are a permanent resident of Canada or the United States, you should bring your Permanent Resident Card (the U.S. "green card") with you.

Entry into United States:

On June 1, 2009, U.S. citizens returning home from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean or Bermuda, by land or sea, will be required to present one of the travel documents listed below.

• U.S. Passport: This is an internationally recognized travel document that verifies a person’s identity and nationality. It is accepted for travel by air, land and sea.

• U.S. Passport Card: This is a new, limited-use travel document that fits in your wallet and costs less than a U.S. Passport. It is only valid for travel by land and sea.

Payment:

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print this voucher on and present SIGNED voucher at departure location. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge 100% for No Shows. If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, the full ticket price will be refunded.

Supplier and Tourcorp assume no responsibility for delays caused by accidents, breakdown, weather, conditions of trails, roads, bays, oceans, rivers, airspace and any other conditions beyond control of Supplier, in addition to insufficient numbers of passengers.
