3 Hour Picnic Tour

Native-born US citizens: Option 1) Proof of Birth and Photo ID; Option 2) US Passport.
Naturalized US Citizens: Option 1) Naturalization Certificate and Photo ID; Option 2) US Passport.
US Residents (non-citizens): Alien Registration Receipt Card (US for I-151 or I-551).
All International Visitors: Valid machine readable passport with proper travel documents (I-94, Canadian/US Visa(s) if required, IAP-66, J-forms, etc.
Foreign Exchange Students: Must bring along all appropriate paperwork including but not limited to IAP-66 (pink form), original I-20 in addition to their passport and I-94.
Frequently Asked Questions
Charges are accrued beginning at pick-up and ending at the final drop-off. The balance (minus deposit) will be due at first pickup location, unless payment in full is made prior to the date of your engagement. Any time used past contract will be billed another full hour.
There is a three (3) hour minimum service requirement except for airport transfers. Exceptions may be made for lunch and/or dinner promotions, and on a case by case basis. We can provide services for as little as a transfer or up to a multi-day event. Please contact us for more information.
Gratuity is not included unless stated by a phone representative or included in an individual packages. You should budget an additional 15-20% as a gratuity for your chauffeur, which should be paid directly as you would a waitress.
You may extend your reservation provided payment is made in full at time of service and the limousine has no further obligations for the evening. You will be billed the overtime rate as stated on your contract. Your chauffeur will be able to provide you with this information.
All limousines offer hands intercom systems for communicating with your driver during the trip. Also, all chauffeurs carry cell phones so that you may contact them.
All deposits are non-refundable unless circumstances beyond our control prevent us from performing the service.
Customers over the age of 21 are welcome to bring any beverages of their choice including bottles and cans. All limousines feature crystal glassware, multiple ice compartments as well as complimentary ice and non-alcoholic beverages.
It is recommended to bring your favorite CD's and DVDs. All of the limousines are equipped with DVD players. Also, guests age 21 and over may bring alcoholic beverages. Complimentary ice and non-alcoholic beverages are provided. Many guests also bring cameras to capture the special memories from their trip.
Customer accepts financial responsibility for any and all damages resulting from improper use of the limousine and its contents, including but not limited to audio/video equipment, lighting, exterior and interior components including upholstery. Magic Mist Limos also reserves the right to charge a fee for excessive mess clean up resulting in the need for special upholstery cleaning or shampooing. This information will be outlined in a contract for service that you must sign before charter begins.
